Business Environment is the leading provider of flexible office solutions, virtual offices and meeting rooms in London & the UK. They deliver serviced office space and a range of products through their portfolio of business centres.
Already believers of how technology and mobility solutions can enhance their business, Graham Hefferman (IT/Communications Director at Business Environment Ltd) met with us to share his idea for transforming BE’s sales process by the way of a mobile App for their sales team. The app would help Business Environment continue to lead the way on customer engagement and experience.
After spending time understanding the app concept, we explored the current sales process. Taking this time not only gave us the clarity we needed to produce a solution that delivered on the high standard Business Environment provides to every client, it also gave us the opportunity to recommend possible enhancements to the initial scope.
Development and delivery
All Things Code delivered an app that provides the sales team and clients with a simple and intuitive way to browse offices by business centre or region. High resolution images and clear options and features show the benefits of each office, while a search feature helps the team quickly find the most appropriate office for each client’s needs.
The ability to build a shortlist for proposal, coupled with live availability of each office (previously held on spreadsheets with limited visibility) delivers a customer experience that’s second to none. A web admin portal allows the Business Environment team to easily update the office availability, images and features, so the app can be instantly updated without any additional development.
